Frustration

What are you frustrated about? What irks you, causes you grief, makes it hard to focus on anything else?

First of all, turn it off. Whether it’s social media, or talking with toxic people, or your resistance rearing it’s ugly head, turn it off.

Then, let that frustration guide you. If you’re dissatisfied with the work you’re doing, focus on finding something new. If you are frustrated that you aren’t creating, put all of your focus into creating. The frustration is your inner self trying to direct your focus toward the work you want to be doing.

Remove the distractions. Turn them off. Then do the work. It’s the quickest way to remove the frustration.
