I keep an Evernote note with quotes that I find, whether from seminars and talks, or books, or on the internet. I like this definition of entrepreneurship I found a few years back:

Entrepreneurship is the pursuit of opportunity beyond the resources you currently control.

You’ve likely used a number of titles to describe yourself – creative, freelancer, contractor, entrepreneur – but which one describes you best?

The difference between an entrepreneur and a creative/freelancer/contractor is that aspect of doing more with less. You’re building a tool, or a team, or capital that can then be leveraged to do more than you could on your own.
